Description

The Kraso Type FKF is a unique total protection sealing system for penetrations through tanking membranes. Type FKF is for sealing single cables or pipes in ducts or boreholes up to 2.5 bar of pressure. This sealing system comprises a complete un-welded plate attached to a rubber flange membrane which reinstates the wall tanking membrane around the penetration.

The FKF Sealing system – from Kraso, Germany, is made from high-quality, non-corrosive stainless steel V2A, and is ideal for single cables or pipes entering via concrete foundations or cable ducts within walls that have had a taking membrane installed.

Kraso’s type FKF sealing system has a unique patented Torque control nut to make installation easier and ensures all the tightening nuts are not under / or over-tightened.

Type FKF is a one-part un-welded solution that can withstand high water & gas pressures, also providing high strain relief and cable bending forces. Along with many other advantages, Kraso’s type VD seal can be installed in damp & wet environments, including running water.

All FKF Sealing systems come complete with a Sealing insert, rubber foil flange, Kraso’s adhesive & sealant, serrated spatula, pressure roller, & pencil.
